Thermal Oil Hot Press

A vacuum hot press is a facility that performs the lamination process during the PCB manufacturing process. It presses multiple sheets of material under heat, pressure, and vacuum conditions to make a single product. The heating oil hot press is the most standardized line. It heats the hot plate using high-temperature heating medium oil. It is a core facility that can manufacture all kinds of PCBs, such as FPCB, PKG, and MLB.

Electric Heater Type Hot Press
